Looks like a 65th Anniversary model. You could only get Quadra-Trac II on those.

it LOOKS good but my stock WJ routinely drove through far more snow than that without EVER setting stuck... very glad I stayed away from the 'new' models.

On my WK it can auto lock front and rear. It's the same on the Limited & Outland Commanders I believe.
