Sinaloan sushi

I was recently introduced to this. It's not good by any means, but it was interesting to try. It's like deep fried, very large sushi with chipotle sauce.

Anyone had it? I think I'm fine with once in my life.

It's cooked, not raw. At least what I had wasn't raw. They basically wrapped up some imitation crab meat and rice with nori and then poured chipotle sauce on top. With real sushi, you get delicate and balanced flavors. Sinaloan sushi was basically a smack in the face of big, bold flavors. It was not very good.
